I’m really glad I discovered this company, as I can provide my cats with exactly what they require, knowing it’s tailored just for them. Typically, delivery happens within 2-3 business days after placing the order. The one downside is that the meat I usually get—a whole box—sometimes isn’t available, which pushes me to buy pricier options. My cats are picky and will only eat rabbit meat.

The delivery was quick, but I realized I wouldn't be around to accept it, and there’s no option to change the delivery time on the courier's site. Luckily, a neighbor took it in for me, which I thought wasn’t how it was supposed to go—wasn’t it meant to be signed for by me? Anyway, I received the food, and it was still frozen, so that was fine, but my cat won’t go near it. He’s had raw food before, so I’m not sure what the deal is; maybe it’s just not up to snuff—or maybe he’s just being his usual picky self, as cats tend to be :) In any case, it’s turned out to be a waste of cash for me, and now I’ve got a ton of cat food to figure out what to do with.

I always go for this brand when it comes to feeding my Barn owls and Bengal cat. The quality is consistently excellent, and they package it well with ice packs to keep everything fresh. Plus, their delivery with APC is top-notch, and the customer service is just fantastic. I ain't even considering other options.
